I. Go to YouTube and type in the word, "Laughing".  On Feb 2, 2018 I got 27,700,00 videos. Pick one and give yourself some laughter therapy. Do this for 10 minutes each night before bedtime.

II.  Earthing - Grounding of the human body to Mother Earth.

Definition of Earthing:  Putting your bare feet on wet sand or moist grass. This pulls negative electrons into our bodies, neutralizing the effects of harmful positive electrons (Free radicals are missing a negative charge so they are positively charged and can strip negative charges off of our bodies cells damaging them – i.e. free radical theory of aging).  This natural pulling electrons up into the human body by direct contact with moist bare ground has so many positive beneficial effects.
